How it works

With 1:1 coaching, my approach is completely individualised to YOU. I will never apply one-size-fits-all methods, and I will always meet you wherever you are in your journey. 


I work exclusively online, so we can connect wherever YOU are - in your car, between meetings, on the beach, everything works! All sessions are held on video call via a dedicated online platform, Healthie, through which we can also share messages, updates etc.  


YOU decide when you're done with coaching. Know that working on this stuff will take time though: your current relationship with your body and food didn't happen overnight, and changes need time to take hold. Typically, I work with clients over 6 to 12 months, with 3 months being the minimum period in which we can start making a difference in your life.

Intake session: 90 minutes to explore your world and your challenges
5 x 60 minute sessions to do a deep dive on key learning areas for you
Map out the best way forward for you in simple and feasible steps
